Community Partnerships
Flint Neighborhood Development and Enrichment, Inc. (FNDE) is a non-profit organization established by Stephen Mayfield and Lonnie Mayfield. The Mayfield brothers are Flint’s own native sons, dedicated to the creation and launch of a thriving non-profit organization focused on vocational programming, life skills, and mentorship for Flint City youth ages 6-19 years old, including youth with special needs. FNDE will rebuild neighborhood pride through community development, and beautification. FNDE's own vocational training programs will provide hands-on opportunities for students to develop their career and technical skills in their work industries of choice. In addition, FNDE will focus on students personal and professional development to cultivate career opportunities that nurture growth and empowerment.
